Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made with The Rollins Hotel, Plot C134, Tai Solarin 5th Ave, Gwarinpa, Federal Capital Territory – Abuja. By completing a booking you agree to them.

1. Bookings and payment

All rates are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made online through Paystack, which accepts cards, bank transfer and USSD. Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and you have been sent a confirmation email. Where a deposit option is offered, the balance is due on arrival.

2. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract an additional charge. Guests must be at least 18 years old and present a valid means of identification at check-in.

3. Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, and failure to arrive on the booked date, are charged the first night in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

4. House rules

Smoking is not permitted in any room. Pets are not permitted. Quiet hours apply between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The number of guests staying in a room may not exceed the occupancy booked.

5. Damage and liability

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay, and the cost of repair or replacement may be charged. The hotel is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings left unattended on the premises. A safe is provided in each room for valuables.

6. Changes to a booking

Requests to change dates are subject to availability and any difference in rate. Please contact us as early as possible using the details below.
